Prior to the Binibining Pilipinas 2013 pageant night, several photos showing Bea Rose Santiago (candidate number 20 who would later win Binibining Pilipinas International) in bikini hugging a tree gamely. Several people and pageant fans from rival camps said these photos are scandalous. No, I believe this is funny. Perhaps if he does it with a man, it can be considered one. The fact that no intervention was done the BPCI only means her morals are intact.
